Nutberry Limited has a range of CNC turning and milling machines. These are predominantly used for their gas spring production and end fittings for their bellows.
Nutberry can also supply a TIG welding service to create bellows assemblies to customer’s requirements. These are leak tested on our helium mass spectrometers to guarantee the integrity of the welds.
Nutberry offer a machining service for those customers who require machined components. Nutberry specialize in medium to high volume machining of stainless steel, with diameters up to 230mm.
Nutberry have invested in gantry loading machines for billet work as well as bar feeds for round bar work. The majority of the lathes have driven tooling with twin turret and twin spindle configurations.
